Job Title: Teacher / Mentor - Non-Classroom Based

Salary: £100 - £240/day

The Teacher/ Mentor role allows you to enjoy teaching while genuinely supporting students' learning.

Here at Bond Education Cambridge we understand the reality of being a Teacher in today's climate and can offer alternatives;
We are looking to appoint skilled Qualified Teachers to teach and mentor students outside of the classroom and have a real impact on their education.

You will be working with vulnerable learners with EBD and SEND needs who require tuition and expertise to engage in learning.
Are you a Primary Teacher with a love for art, or sports? A Maths Teacher who's also a musician? You will have the flexibility to incorporate your passions and engage pupils as you see fit.

If you have part-time of full-time availability (half days are an option too), hold QTS and have a desire to teach while mentoring, we want to hear from you!

This post is ideal for those who are looking to transition from a traditional school setting and take more control over their style and impact of teaching and learning.
If you are:
  • passionate about teaching, learning and mentorship
  • have a good working knowledge of the National Curriculum
  • able to engage learners creatively
  • are confident teaching 1:1
