We are working exclusively with one of Europe's fastest growing organisations within the medical device industry as they look to add a UK Product Market Manager to their growing team within a very disruptive product area. This will be a very diverse field based role with minimum 2 days required in the Cambridge based office per week.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

•Manage and oversee the Visualisation product portfolios to help achieve the objectives of the business unit and the company

•Identify, analyse and trend macro and micro environmental factors that affect the business unit and the company and make recommendations

•Gather, collate and effectively utilise market intelligence, staying close to the customer in order to develop and maintain an intimate knowledge of customers and their motivations

•Develop and execute marketing programs which achieve stated objectives regarding revenue, profitability and market share.

•Establish and coordinate a successful KOL network

•Liaise and consult closely with relevant HQ teams in order to identify clinical advantages, clinical challenges and potential growth areas for the UK market

•Identify, coordinate and support local case studies in order to help drive UK relevant content for marketing purposes and determine which clinical activities will generate the best ROI.

•Working on a territory level and on a national level, assist Field Sales Force in providing value, driving education, training and presentations to customers on current products within the portfolio

•Identify clinical knowledge deficits within our own teams and assist with developing relevant skills.

•Manage marketing programs to support sales via our channel partners

•Manage the performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations on effectiveness in order to maximise revenue and market opportunities.

•Create, plan and execute the promotional calendar and activities

•Develop and coordinate communication to the Field Sales Force on the implementation of Marketing strategies and tactics in order to achieve company objectives, as well as selling ideas and strategies, product positioning and knowledge, competitor information, pricing and promotional programs.

•Assist the Field Sales Force in implementing all aspects of the promotional plan in order to achieve Business Unit goals and customer expectations.

•Help establish and maintain consistent corporate image throughout product lines, promotional materials, and events.

•Develop and manage all marketing collateral for the Business Unit.

•Represent the UK at international events/meetings.

•Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations

Knowledge and Skills Required

•Demonstrable experience in strategic marketing planning and execution across all functions

•Ability to demonstrate effective and profitable marketing campaigns as well as experience in managing product portfolios helping to achieve company objectives.

•Ability to produce quality materials within tight time frames and simultaneously manage several projects

•Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

•Ability to motivate teams

•Experience with optimisation of CRM systems and digital marketing platforms

•Will be personable, friendly and outgoing

•A self-starter, able to work on their own and use their own initiative

•Able to engage with all levels of internal and external stakeholders

•Good administration skills

•Full, clean driving license

Competitive Market Salary (dependent on experience) + £10k a year bonus potential, company car and extensive company benefits.
