This ambitious business delivers training solutions and workforce consultancy to learners and employers throughout the East Midlands. They are graded Good by OFSTED across all areas of the business and hold Quality 9001 accreditation, Matrix and IIP Silver. Their 'PRAISE' values (pride, respect, accountability, integrity and service excellence) drive all delivery services both to their employers and learners, and to their own employees, always embedding professionalism within a culture of continuous improvement.

The role is offered on a full time or part time permanent basis and will include travel within the East Midlands, a driving licence and access to a car is therefore essential.

The Role

You will be working with local schools to guide and support learners' performance and knowledge throughout their training in Teaching Assistant Apprenticeships. You will be responsible for delivering training and undertaking assessments, whilst continuously striving to build, maintain and improve relationships with both learners and employers as an ambassador for the business and their offering.

The Individual

Ideally you will be a qualified and experienced Trainer Assessor and must have a relevant Childcare/Teaching Assistant qualification and/or occupational competence at level 3 or above. Crucially, you will have a real passion for sharing your knowledge and developing others and they will consider training you if you have the right skills, experience, occupational qualifications and attitude.

You will be an effective communicator, able to successfully engage both employers and learners alike. An excellent planner, you will be able to manage your time effectively as well as conflicting priorities. You will have the ability to coach, develop and mentor people and proven experience of delivering training and assessing learners would be an advantage.

The Company

They currently have six fixed delivery centres and hundreds of work-based learners throughout the Midlands with the next phase of their growth already under implementation.

This business currently has turnover of £5m and over 100 employees with plans for significant short-term growth and is committed to encouraging equality and diversity and eliminating unlawful discrimination.

In return they offer excellent terms and conditions including:

- 36 days holiday (inc. bank holidays)
- Contributory pension scheme
- Employee Assistance Programme
- Life assurance

This business is committed to safeguarding and to promoting the welfare of their learners and expects all their staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
