JOB TITLE: Payroll & Human Resources Administrator
Fixed Term - 18 months
Contracted Hours: 40 hours - early finish on a Friday
Benefits :
Salary: Competitive, dependant on experience + great bonus and loads of benefits
Holidays: 33 days including bank holidays and Christmas shutdown
Job Objective:
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will form part of a small HR team supporting a growing global business. You will process weekly and monthly payrolls and support the HR team to ensure managers and employees of the business understand the company policies and procedures, applying them fairly and consistently across the organisation. To demonstrate professional behaviours, good team work and respect for employee confidentiality at all times working in accordance with company values.
Role/Responsibilities:
·Payroll Responsibilities:
·End to end processing of weekly and monthly payroll using Sage
·Complete Payroll Year End
·Complete administration of payroll system e.g. change of salary, address etc.
·Make monthly pension contributions
·Support pension administration
·HR Responsibilities:
·End to end HR processes such as starters, job changes and leavers
·Administration of the Long Service Awards & Employee Recommendation Awards
·General HR Administration duties such as maintenance, calculation and management of annual leave
·Answer main telephone line
Assist in maintaining systems to ensure compliance to ISO 9001, 13485 and regulatory IVD requirements including good documentation practises
