This company has a vacancy for an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Administrator to join their small and friendly team on a full time permanent basis, as soon as possible.

This company administers the Secretariat and marketing function of three non-profit organisations.

The Sales Administrator role will concentrate mainly on one organisation, the Water Management Society, and will administer the membership department, Waterline journal & online publication and events as well as assisting with the Water Management Society's training and technical department.

The aim of the role is to increase the sales of events, training courses, membership and advertising through effective and imaginative marketing including attendance at events in the UK. They are looking for a creative, helpful and flexible team player with a good telephone manner.

Candidate must have experience of database work, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Google apps and social media networks. An understanding of apple computers preferable but not essential.

Tasks include attending and organising seminars and conferences within UK, co-ordinating and updating websites, co ordinating quarterly Waterline journal adverts & articles, promoting and increasing sales of adverts in Waterline online journal, administering membership applications and queries, organising and attending meetings.

Salary & Benefits:
- Salary is between £17,000 and £19,000 p.a. negotiable depending on experience
- Hours are 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday with a ½ hour lunch break.
- Holiday entitlement is 25 days plus 8 statutory bank holidays per year.
