We offer a diverse range of products to engineering, chemical and industrial sector. Our customers include some of the largest companies in the world as well as many SMEs. All our products are components that require technical knowledge to communicate the features and benefits to our engineering customer base.
We are a family owned group of businesses, consisting of industrial spray and air nozzles, safety showers for hazardous environments, supply of spraying equipment for commercial use and outsourced warehousing and logistics. Each business unit focusses on a niche industrial product range but there is a large overlap in the customer bases meaning there is a great potential for cross selling between the business units.

The Internal Sales Executive / Sales Support Role:
As the product set is complex the role will initially be giving general assistance in the sales process. This will involve chasing and closing existing business as well as handling simpler initial enquiries. There will also be an element of prospecting in the role where high potential customers such as resellers are profiled, identified and contacted with a view to setting up meetings with our more senior sales staff.
Full, extensive and ongoing product training will be given. As such, the role will evolve into a more traditional sales role with end to end ownership of the sales process. This will be a gradual process as the technical knowledge necessary to engage with our engineer clients is gained. Eventually responsibility will be given to select product lines which will carry a sales target and associated commission.
In addition to product/technical training, training will be given on how to navigate and handle to often complex documentational requirements for complex sales. This will allow the correct candidate to evolve in to an individual capable of handling long sales cycle projects supplying specialist components to the world’s largest engineering companies.
+ Prospecting, cold calling and lead generation
+ Closing and processing inbound calls/e-mails
+ Responding to RFQ’s
+ Following up and closing existing opportunities
+ Ensure the CRM is up to date
+ Learn and understand the technical side of the business
Desired education and experience:
+ Either or both of the following:
- Science/engineering degree
- 2-3 years experience in technical/engineering B2B sales
+ Either or both of the following:
- The correct “sales person” personality profile as measure by psychometric testing.
- 1-2 years experience in B2B sales environment
+ Good organisational skills
+ French language
+ German language
+ Private health care after 1 year service
+ Possibility of home working if appropriate for role
+ Full product training
+ Sales training (internal and external)
+ Induction into our extensive personal development program after probation period (details attached)
+ Company car as the role evolves into a more external based sales reps job (probably 2 year down the line)
