We are looking for a skilled Paid Search Specialist who will be responsible for the delivery of remarkable Ads that achieve ROI for the agency and for our Client's Brands.
As the Paid Search PPC Account Manager you will build, maintain, monitor and analyse our brand services and our clients’ paid presence on all search and social media channels. We are looking for someone who loves the digital media industry with proven skills in paid search marketing and social media advertising. You will work with teammates to ensure consistent messaging for a successful omni channel campaigns.

The successful Paid Media PPC Account Manager should be able to:
+ Manage paid digital marketing campaigns across all social media platforms and search engine marketing channels on behalf of our clients.
+ Hands on PPC Account Management involving strategic creation, implementation, and management of Paid Search Marketing campaigns on Google and Bing.
+ Perform analysis and optimisation of SEM campaigns based on SEM best practices, including account structure, keyword research, landing page testing, ad text creation, bid management, and competitor benchmarking.
+ Serve as one of the voices of the customer and build positive relationships while engaging in direct dialogue with all teammates.
+ Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads across search and social networks to meet our clients goals and objectives.
+ Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success.
+ Develop detailed monthly analysis framework for all search and social campaigns; includes assisting in the development of objectives across platforms and their measurements, what goals will be assigned and reported and where long-term monitoring is needed.
+ Leverage analytics tools (including, but not limited to Facebook Insights, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) to determine effectiveness of campaigns and promotions across all channels.
+ Pass and maintain Google Ads & Google Analytics Certification.
+ Ensure your clients are highly satisfied as reflected in a positive Net Promoter Score.
+ Work in conjunction with a Project Manager assigned to your clients to ensure all work is delivered on time and according to expectations.
+ Identify trends across client accounts in order to identify opportunities, address problems ahead of time and avoid recurring issues.
+ Work with the creative & content team to ensure your clients' messaging is delivered in consistently innovative and engaging ways.
+ Build a Performance team with the help of your management team.
+ You are looking for a genuinely exciting and meaningful new adventure as part of a growing, friendly and committed team. You will have at least 2 years + experience within paid search & social + digital marketing and are looking for a way to develop your career further.
+ An outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic individual who is able to positively develop client relationships whilst also managing client expectations.
+ Experience in a PPC Account management or client-facing role with an agency.
+ You have excellent communication and personal organisation skills, self-motivation, calmness under pressure and the ability to respond well when things don’t go 100% to plan.
+ You are practical, reliable, self-disciplined and efficient. Adept at turning ideas into actions and organising work that needs to be done. Your confidence and maturity should be clear though your ability to clarify details of work, search out errors and take a conscientious approach to perfecting work both you and others send to clients.
+ Proven track record in delivering marketing programs that have contributed to increased revenue, new customer acquisition and customer retention.
+ An understanding of inbound marketing and/or experience working with HubSpot is preferred but not essential.
+ Passionate about performance marketing and eager to continually learn new ways to develop and implement competence.
+ Ability to work in cross-functional teams, meets deadlines and exceed expectations.
+ Undergraduate degree ideally in Marketing.
