We are looking for talented, driven recruits to join us on a two year scheduled plan.

Congratulations, you have aced your final year and have achieved a 2:1 or even a 1st in a business-related discipline. Are you now ready to put your hard work into action? After you have enjoyed a long summer break of course: you deserve it!

The Sales & Commercial Graduate Trainee Programme

We are recruiting for our Sales and Commercial Graduate placement in which you will have two challenging assignments over a two year period, designed to develop your expertise and knowledge. The assignments will cover:

1 x Graduate Role
+ Year 1: Supplier and Product Management (based in Widnes)
+ Year 2: Customer Services and Sales Development (based in Wilmslow)

1 x Graduate Role
+ Year 1: Customer Services and Sales Development (based in Wilmslow)
+ Year 2: Supplier and Product Management (based in Widnes)

Each 12-month assignment will be an introduction to an area of our business and located in a different part of the UK. You will need to be prepared to live and travel around the UK to experience our full network of sites and teams. You will also benefit from; management development and professional selling workshops, a dedicated mentor, support with a personal development plan and ongoing coaching from your placement manager.

Both during and at the end of your placement you will be appraised on your performance and given open and honest feedback to help you on your way to a management or more senior role.

The role requires a commercially astute person with strong computer literacy and inter-personal skills. You will need to be an active team member with an ability to prioritise a varied work schedule. You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and will demonstrate strong administrative and analytical skills. Most importantly you’ll have the impact, drive and ambition to progress your career within our industry
