An experienced qualified Interior Architect who has experience in the high-end residential properties is needed to join a niche design, construction and lifestyle company based in Hammersmith.

Their fun and dynamic office of 30 is made up of a team of enthusiastic architects, interior designers, quantity surveyors and project managers; that work closely with their build team of around 80 staff.

Joining a passionate team of thirty, the Interior Architect will utilise their technical detailing skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp and InDesign to flawlessly execute outstanding designs for clients. On a day-to-day basis expect to be involved with joinery design, choosing finishes, organising installations, meeting clients, determining concepts, liaising with contractors and anything else necessary to ensure client needs are continuously met.

To qualify. You should be an Interior Architect / Architect with a CV that demonstrates:

  • Experience in a similar interior architectural role working on luxury properties;
  • Competent in creating technical detailing briefs;
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign and freehand drawings;
  • You have a strong academic background with a minimum of a 2:1;
  • Experience dealing with building contractors and liaising with clients;
  • Excellent communications skills;
  • A highly organised approach and excellent attention to detail.

Bonus skills: Keen drive for urgency and a 'get stuff done' attitude, passion, curiosity, energy, humour, guts!
