Procurement Manager (High-End FFE)


An experienced Procurement Manager who has experience in the luxury FF&E sector is needed to join a niche design, construction and lifestyle company based in Hammersmith.

Their fun and dynamic office of 30 is made up of a team of enthusiastic architects, interior designers, quantity surveyors and project managers; that work closely with their build team of around 80 staff.

As an FF&E procurement manager you will be part of delivering projects from concept design to completion. You will be responsible for specifying, budgeting, buying and managing the complete supply chain involved in each FF&E item, installing the furniture, soft furnishes and accessories at the completion of a project to a high standard and be responsible for liaising and supervise external and internal in-house contractors, suppliers and designers. It will be your flair for finding the right item from the right source that will ensure each project is delivered to the highest quality.

To qualify. You should be a Procurement Manager / FF&E Procurement Manager with a CV that demonstrates:

  • Solid experience in a similar role within the luxury sector;
  • The ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to liaise with both client's and suppliers;
  • Strong skills in using all programs in the Adobe and Microsoft Package;
  • Have a keen eye for detail and design flair;
  • Have a strong knowledge of current design trends;
  • Proficiency in budgeting programs such as Studio is advantageous;
  • Demonstrate a strong academic background with a minimum of a 2:1.
