This is an opportunity to join one of the leading independent suppliers of Document Solutions across the UK. Highly experienced and innovative technical teams allow them to deliver industry leading performance and bespoke solutions utilising high quality photocopiers, printers and scanners from trusted partners.

They are growing fast, building an exciting future and they require a Customer Service Assistant to help them drive this success.

As Customer Service Assistant you will join an established team and provide logistical and administration support to customers and staff. You must be confident on the telephone, polite, professional and keen to learn. You will be:

- Working with the Service and Sales teams to ensure orders are processed, dispatched and invoiced accurately.
- Providing technical information and support to customers.
- Managing the stock ensuring items are correctly stored and identified.
- Manage the dispatch goods to customers through fulfilment centres and from own warehouse.

Successful candidates will ideally have some customer service experience, a recent IT qualification, and be keen to work in a technically focused, customer service role. This role will be ideal for candidates looking to start their business career.

You will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to talk people through processes in a clear and straight forward way. A willingness to be involved in all aspects of the business allied to a strong focus on customer service are essential requirements.

They offer a full time salary £16,000 - £19,000 dependent on experience. There is also a work place pension, free parking and significant opportunities to progress further in the company, especially in a customer service, technical or administration role.

This is a permanent role and the hours of work are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.
