Hidden Hearing is one of the largest providers of independent hearing care in the UK. We have over 80 branches, 150 qualified Hearing Aid Dispensers and conduct over 100,000 hearing assessments each year.

Our business is divided into 6 geographical areas and we are adding to our team of Territory Managers to maximise opportunity brought about by continued expansion to drive further sales growth.

The key purpose of this role is to deliver and improve the budgeted level of sales by influencing behavioural change within Company guidelines and to ensure that all staff are fully compliant with relevant law, professional regulations and company policies.

You will be required to frequently visit your allocated branches/employees and will have line manager responsibility for staff with a focus on improving and maximising individual dispenser and branch coordinator performance. You will achieve this through a continuous cycle of observation, feedback and coaching.

To be successful in this role you will have proven management experience (ideally in a regulated, geographically dispersed retail and or health care environment) and be driven to achieve and maintain high levels of compliance, giving direction in a robust but non-confrontational manner.You will be process driven with a structured and consistent approach and be able to influence and enforce behavioural change to deliver sales without compromising brand standards. You must hold a full UK driving license.
