Are you from a mechanical or electrical background and looking for progression? Have you just moved off the tools or have a couple of year's supervisory experience? Do want to work client side in a varied and unique environment? Then this job is for you.

About the role

Working for a leading London University within the Estates and Facilities team, you will be responsible for a varied portfolio of sites across greater London, ensuring all buildings are receiving the best service from the current M&E service provider. You will ensure that all KPI's and SLA's are reached, providing technical feedback and advice to the team and occupiers alike. The role will initially start on a 6 months fixed term basis with the view to go permanent after.

About you

It is essential that you have first-hand practical experience of the supervision and maintenance of building services plant and qualified to at least ONC/ BTEC level or equivalent. Ideally, you will have also completed an apprenticeship within mechanical or electrical engineering. This role will be suited to you if you are looking to develop your experience within management.
