Our client is one of the UK's leading producers of Compliance systems within the Care Sector. They are a company that offers compliance management systems which include procedures and policies. Their aim to is to allow the care sector to give the highest level of attention to its clients/ patients, while significantly reducing the paperwork, to allow staff to perform their main duties more efficiently.

They are looking for a highly experienced, and proactive GP Policy Lead to join their team on a full-time basis and to be the main knowledge expert and GP Policy writer. This is a demanding role and will require a person with all the relevant experience, knowledge, and qualifications.

Skills & Experience Required:
  • Write and make sure all policies are compliant and up to date for all GP customers
  • To be able to deliver sector advice, support and guidance to Customer Care, Sales and Marketing
  • Review and approve content for release to customers
  • Representing the company as thought leader within the GP space
  • Being able to identify certain opportunities for products and services to contribute to the improvement of GP services within the UK

The Person:
  • Extensive sector knowledge
  • Excellent written and oral English
  • The ability to communicate at all levels
  • Capability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-confidence when handling colleagues and external parties
