Senior Administrator or Practice Manager

Location: London Kingsway

Salary: Up to £38k + discretionary bonus depending on experience
Working as part of the team at Paul Lynch Wealth Management Ltd which is an Appointed Representative of St. James's Place Wealth Management Plc. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional Senior Administrator or Practice Manager to work in Kingsway, London. You will be managing the work generated by the Partner and offering support as required. This business is well established and highly successful and you will be employed by the Practice.

St. James's Place Wealth Management plc (SJP) is a leading, and highly regarded, FTSE 100 UK Wealth Management company which distributes a range of Investment and Retirement products and financial solutions to a High Net Worth client base. SJP has funds under management in excess of £96bn.

The Role - Senior Administrator or Practice Manager

As a Senior Administrator, you will be managing the operational needs of this Practice and ensuring the administration and back office operations are well managed, allowing the Partner to focus on his clients.

In addition, you will be providing technical and administrative support while maintaining an excellent level of customer service to clients of the Practice. You will be a point of contact for clients and third parties dealing with general enquiries.

You will need to ensure that business obtained, using bespoke software, is processed in a timely way.

You will be given full training on MS Office and any SJP systems you are not familiar with.
The Person - Senior Administrator or Practice Manager

This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a 'can do' working style.
  • You will have been working in Financial Services for several years and have good all round knowledge which you are looking to expand and develop. Ideally, you will have worked for St. James's Place or an SJP Partner
  • You have excellent communication skills and are highly organised
  • You are a self starter and able to work with little or no supervision
  • You can make decisions
  • You are good at managing workflows and helping others as required and it is essential that you are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion
  • A relevant qualification such as the FPC or progress towards the Level 4 Diploma would be an advantage but is not essential.
