An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and motivated Administrator to be an integral member of our busy Admin Hub, providing support to the specialist health teams based at Rose Wing, Horsham Hospital.

The successful candidate will need to deliver high quality customer service at all times in their communications with a range of professionals, referrers and patients. They will require excellent telephone and communication skills to ensure all liaisons are of the highest standard. They will provide an efficient and robust administrative service, working to deadlines when required whilst planning and prioritising their workload independently. They will need to demonstrate initiative, organisational skills and flexibility. They will also be engaged in service development for both administrative and clinical processes, maximising efficiency and ensuring positive patient experience.
