An exciting opportunity to work either full or part time has arisen within the multi-professional community team in North Chichester. This post is ideal for somebody who would like the opportunity to experience community work or develop their interests in the role further. The role incorporates the day to day management of patients within the community setting under the supervision of the Community Sister and Clinical Lead involving a variety of skills including wound care, continence management, palliative care, health promotion, venepuncture, and management of complex wounds. Training will be available and candidates will be supported with an induction and personal development plan.

You must be able to work autonomously as well as being part of a team. The team uses SystmOne mobile working.

You must hold a full driving licence and have the use of a car for work purposes.
