As a Clinical Study Administrator you are responsible for the processing, filing and tracking of study documents and the management of clinical projects.

The role is offered on a contracted basis, based in Leeds working for a leading orthopaedic specialist.


General Clinical Administration Tasks, such as CTMS build and tracking, v-TMF build & uploading
Tracking of study essential documents and ensuring completeness of the Trial Master File for assigned clinical studies
Creating and distributing regulatory binders and the wet-ink signed documents binders
Assist study staff and investigators
Assist in providing internal communication of important clinical data and events.
Support ongoing use of CTMS by maintaining and tracking relevant activities.
Provide safety documentation to other functional groups in support of safety committee meetings
Resolve issues relating to Study Files (Trail Master File and Investigator Site File)
Assisting in the distribution of newsletters


Minimum of a Bachelor Degree
Previous clinical research experience is a plus
Have at least one year of administrative support experience
Clinical/medical background is a plus
Have experience working with a computer system
Have profound organization and communication skills
Have good attention to detail
