Behaviour Advocate

Required for October 2019

37 hours per week, term time only

We are looking to appoint a Behaviour Advocate to join our Inclusion Team to work with students to promote our whole school emphasis on behaviour for learning.

You will also assist with the school's behaviour referral rota which involves working positively with students and staff where there may be difficulties in the classroom. This could include, for example, withdrawing students from lessons to work in alternative locations.

You will need to be enthusiastic, committed and hardworking. You will need a high level of interpersonal skills and be highly motivated and enthusiastic about working alongside young people, some of whom may present challenging behaviours.
