Role Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Purpose of the role:
The Digital Marketing Executive supports the marketing, business development and the overall inbound marketing strategy of the Company
With a focus on content and account based marketing, the Digital Marketing Executive will have the creative ability to create content on various media channels, including web, social and email plus support the business on other key areas of marketing and brand representation.

Clients: Company Prospects and Customers, Networking Associates
Colleagues: Marketing & Business Development team, Internal & Project Sales team, all other internal departments and Directors.
Agencies: SEO, PR Consultant, Print, Website Development, Email Service Provider (ESP)

Key Accountabilities:
Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Executive helps to develop marketing and inbound lead generation strategies which form a fundamental part of the company's growth aspirations.

Using various channels but primarily digital, you will help formulate, manage and implement marketing initiatives, co-ordinating these campaigns with the needs of the business development and sales teams.

Utilising the company CRM, you will devise, create and manage direct marketing activities such as email marketing, to increase brand awareness and increase lead generation into the business.

Digital is at the forefront of the company's marketing and lead generation activities, so you will be liaising closely with external agencies on a day-to-day basis in support of delivering results based on set targets and objectives, including the SEO agency and PR consultant.

Content creation is key to the Digital Marketing Executive role. This will include the creation of digital content such as news articles, case studies, blogs, infographics and videos, as well as daily updating and monitoring of the company social media platforms. A strong copywriting ability is therefore a must, as is experience or exposure to HTML and Content Management Systems.

The focus of the content will come from the content marketing calendar driven by the SEO agency and PR consultant, alongside other business ad-hoc requirements. You will have a creative mind, being able to come up with ideas and concepts for content.

Case studies are the businesses way of demonstrating its abilities. You will develop case studies right from the initial order stage liaising with salesman, to coordinating a photography site visit with the Project Delivery team and then copywriting of the case study, for both online and digital distribution purposes.

Brand and market representation is extremely important therefore you will aid in brand management and corporate identity, including the creation and publication of marketing material such as advertising, promotional materials and externally facing documentation. Creativity and the ability to use leading Adobe Creative Cloud is pivotal to the role.

Customer experience is key, therefore you will support in the delivery of customer relationship initiatives such as annual reminders for compliance purposes, to ensure that the company is able to act and deliver on the needs of our customers.

As Digital Marketing Executive, you will need to work independently and as part of a team. The role is fairly autonomous therefore you will have the ability to prioritise workload to ensure deadlines and objectives of marketing initiatives are met.

To deal with sales and general telephone enquiries in a professional manner; forwarding to colleagues as appropriate.

To produce company documentation and communication as and when required, e.g. speaking with a client, emails and letters.

To maintain and update company databases including GoldMine, ensuring effective and timely capture of incoming data.
