People Source Consulting are currently seeking and ambitious, German Speaking Business Development Executive to work with a market leading Software Sales business in Bracknell.
With full training provided and plenty of room for progression, this is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious professional to take a big step in their career.

The German speaking Business Development Representative is responsible for supporting and executing all aspects of inbound and outbound lead generation within the DACH - Region to create a robust pipeline of opportunities for the Sales Team to work on.

You'll continually build and develop the company's database of prospective clients, initiating and cultivating these relationships to identify and qualify opportunities.

Full Responsibilities:

*Responsible for the inside sales process from initial contact to nurturing the relationship through to final opportunity qualification before handing off the qualified lead to the appropriate field Sales Executive
*Following up and converting leads from both marketing campaigns and incoming enquiries into fully qualified leads
*Use social selling strategies, email and outbound calls to targeted prospects to build relationships as well as to identify potential opportunities
*Develop and maintain a detailed, organized and comprehensive database of potential opportunities, including cold, warm and active leads
*Provide input and support on sales strategies, marketing initiatives, competitive intelligence, pricing programs and product enhancements
*Development of territory in conjunction with the field Sales Team
*Support marketing campaign and program efforts to targeted prospects or customers
*Management of sales records and updates using Salesforce

You will need to be:

*Native German Speaker with fluent English
*Some previous B2B Sales Experience
*A desire and drive to succeed
*Articulate, confident and personable in engaging prospects over the phone
*Strong business acumen and desire to learn about new technology and trends industry
*Strong written and oral communication skills
