Our Client provide unique opportunities to learn, established relationships and do business through a range of products and services, from digital communities to Global Events.

As Event Operations Executive, you will support the Senior Operations Manager and Operations Director, managing the delivery of the events across the portfolio. The environment is busy and challenging and you must be able to work on multiple events, ensuring consistency in delivered. The role will see you work on 5/6 events in the second of 2019; with new launches planned for 2020.

Event Operations Executive requirements:

Minimum of 1 years' Event experience, working on exhibitions and/or large conferences
Educated to degree level with a minimum grade of 2:1 degree or equivalent
Superior communication skills
An interest in the technology market is desirable
Able to travel internationally with no restrictions
Event Operations Executive responsibilities:

Create and manage the project plans for your assigned events, with clarity of expectations and deadlines for all stakeholders within the portfolio
Budgeting and forecasting event costs whilst leveraging procurement partnerships to save costs
Leading the look and feel of the event with the Senior Operations Manager and event project team whilst also identifying commercial opportunities
Designing the customer journey and exhibition space with the Operations Manager
Partnering with centrally procured suppliers, to significantly improve the experience for our commercial clients and attendees
Delivering exceptional stage sets and standardising with the wider Operations team
Communicating the event plan to all stakeholders, both pre-event and onsite, to ensure exceptional delivery
Attending event planning meetings, presenting clear and concise updates on event milestones whilst also identifying any impacts to the event and propose resolutions
Working closely with the speaker management team, liaising with content producers in the portfolio, culminating in a streamlined process prior to and at the event
