An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, for a Client Relationship Manager in Tonbridge.

WE WANT YOU TO:
Own the client relationships, ensuring optimisation of each relationship and strategic focus on the needs of our customers. You will be working closely with our business managers to problem solve and to effectively drive the priorities of our clients, proposing any changes and developments to the business as appropriate. A people person with amazing communication and relationship building skills; you will work closely with the head of claims to ensure customer satisfaction and protection of the customer service proposition.

WE'LL NEED YOU TO BE ABLE TO:

* Provide expert and consultative customer servicing and building long-lasting customer relationships

* Drive customer satisfaction through understanding and meeting their needs and following-up on any opportunities for growth

* Acting as an essential link between the client and the business

* To attend client meetings and site visits when necessary

* Produce and articulately present performance statistics

* Answer client questions and address any issues in a commercial fashion

* Carefully listen utilising your strong verbal and written communication skills

* Be self-motivated to work independently, managing your time and prioritising your workload appropriately

* Maintain resilience and composure to remain positive under pressure and in changing circumstances

* Demonstrate a desire to take ownership of your work and maintain superior attention to detail

* Constantly seek improvements in how we deliver excellent customer service.

* Provide input to the development of the business including system, process and supplier management

* Undertake any individual or team task in line with the company values

* Ensure a relevant level of technical understanding with continuous development and learning.

Skills required

* PC literate with great administrative skills

* Exceptional problem-solving abilities

Drive & motivation

Experience & knowledge

Demonstrable experience working in the insurance industry, ideally in a corporate, client-facing role; Experience in a role involving customer engagement and significant relationship management; Must have a broad knowledge of the insurance markets, ideally with broker exposure.

Qualifications

Secondary education with qualifications in Maths and English, or demonstrable ability in numeracy skills & written English
