This is a key role within professional services, the role supports the team in completion of all customer and supplier administration, whilst supporting the wider team to deliver business targets and growth.

Your Role

* Raising sales/purchase orders and contract terminations to the agreed KPI's.

* Owning customer and supplier queries and ensuring they are resolved within a timely manner.

* Inputting accurate data onto electronic systems including excel spreadsheets to ensure our management data is up to date.

* Prioritise and organise daily workloads to ensure that set deadlines are met for both Professional Services and Fleet tasks.

* Follow all processes and procedures correctly to ensure we are providing our Suppliers and Customers with an exceptional service.

* Support the wider team and assist with the proactive promotion of Professional Services to attribute to our annual sales and retention targets.

You Will Have

* GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.

* Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint

* Excellent oral and written communication skills

* Questioning approach.

* Good organisational skills and planning skills.

* Ability to prioritise and meet targets set.

* Flexible approach
