£22,000 - £25,000p/a

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer service focused IT Technician to join their growing service desk.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Respond to client requests within SLAs
* Provide remote desktop and server support
* Proactive management of client networks
* Build rapport with all new and existing clients to develop positive working relationships
* Co-operation to promote the development of the support team and the success of the company as a whole
* Ticket logging, escalating and regular feedback to the Service Desk Manager

You will be expected to have most, if not all the following experience:
* Windows 7-10
* Windows Server 2012+
* Active Directory
* Printer Hardware
* Network cabling
