Our client, a mortgage company based in Christchurch are currently looking to recruit a Temporary Mortgage Administrator to join their growing team.

Duties:

Liaise with advisers, product providers and clients via telephone, letter and email on associated administration.
Proactively participate in team meetings and agree actions where appropriate.
Ensure work flow is completed in a timely manner.
Accurately scan documentation.
Process new business - updating back office system with case, scanning of documents, providing supporting docs to lenders as appropriate.
Submit online applications.
Track progress of business with lender / provider obtaining updates when required.
Produce invoice for broker fees and issuing to clients.
Process general administration requests within service levels.
Writing suitability reports for advisor approval.Experience Required:

Experience of Mortgage Administration work.
Work well within a team environment and under own initiative.
Proficient in use of Word, Excel, Outlook.
Ability to work in an organized manner to tight deadlines.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Effective time management skills.
General understanding of Mortgage and related protection products.
