Salary; GBP 15,796 (pro rata)

About the role
We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work within our busy Additional Learning Support Team.

In this rewarding role, you will provide in class/out of class support to assist students with learning difficulties/disabilities to help them achieve their best possible outcomes. You will be a key part of the team, and will assist in the planning, preparation & assessment of learning, giving feedback to tutors and managers on learners.

You will have the personal skills and experience to be able to effectively support students, dealing with challenging behaviour when it arises, and helping them to develop their own coping strategies. You will need your Maths/English L2/C grade to be considered for this role.
