Location: Chippenham

Salary: £25,000.00 - £35,000.00 OTE per annum.

Full time, permanent role, Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

(No weekend or Bank Holiday work required!)

If you have experience working in a customer-facing environment, working to deadlines and you are passionate about people, this could be the role for you.

The role involves:
  • Supporting the team to ensure quality and learner qualification targets are met, providing training and development.
  • Motivating the team by leading by example, with a positive and non-judgemental approach.
  • Ensuring excellent quality and compliance standards are met by carrying out regular audits, case load reviews and observations.
  • Working alongside an enthusiastic team and the regional manager to build and maintain effective relationships with local partner organisations, to further enhance the profitability of the Training Centre.
  • Providing a safe and respectful learning environment, ensuring that all clients receive an excellent level of service.
