We are recruiting a Senior IT Service Desk Analyst to join our developing and growing team within technical support, a chance to join a part of the business where there is a real opportunity to develop your career. A key part to your role will be responsible for resolving user support issues and the completion of requests to the service desk alongside the additional complexities of a more senior role. You will be the escalation point supporting the team when needed.

Candidates will have strong knowledge of Microsoft PC and Server operating systems from Windows 10 upwards. You need to hold an ITIL Foundation qualification with a keen desire to learn and advance your own knowledge of the IT industry and its tools. You will be an excellent communicator comfortable interfacing with a wide variety of people on a day to day basis.
