On going temporary Finance Assistant job based in Dundee.

Your new company

Public sector organisation based in Dundee with a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Assistant to join their team on an initial interim basis to start asap. This role will be for a minimum of 2 months and has the potential to become longer term or even permanent for the right candidate.

Your new role

This temporary Finance Assistant role will be based within an established team where you will be responsible for the Purchase and Sales Ledger, ensuring invoices are paid in time with the organisations SLAs, processing petty cash and general day to day finance administration.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered you must be experienced with either Purchase Ledger or Sales Ledger. Ideally you will be capable of both and have experience of a general finance administration role. Excellent IT skills including Excel are essential along with the ability to ensure current systems run smoothly. You will be capable or working in a team environment and have excellent attention to detail.
