We are pleased to be working with an award winning client, currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor.

Purpose:

Processing mid-term policy changes, claims reports and customer enquiries

Attributes:

The successful applicant must be able to communicate effectively at all levels, completing tasks on or before the scheduled deadlines and enjoy working within a success team completing work to high standards and within regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Always represent the company in a clear and positive manner.

Scan all documentation onto system in the agreed format and retrieve upon request.

Handle a variety of enquiries from existing customers

Arrange changes to policies for customers in response to customer instructions.

Complete work accurately at all times and to company standards.

Deal with incoming and out going post effectively.

Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Apply training and work on self development.

Deliver a professional service that ensures customers continue to be delighted with the company.

Use IT equipment professionally to support your role in administration.

Any other duties that the company may reasonably ask you to perform which are within your expertise and skills.

Ensure accounts are completed on or ahead of schedule

Liaise with insurers to assist with enquiries.
