Hrgo are looking for an Accounts Clerk for a company based in Dover. You will need to be diligent, have excellent attention to detail and must be competent in Word and Excel. Previous accounts experience is essential.

Responsibilies

Produce sales invoices using our Datafreight software.

Charge files to Customers, both Exports/Imports.

A good knowledge of Sage

Reconciliation of Inter Company Sales/Purchase Ledgers

Assist with controlling Purchase Ledger.

Petty Cash entries and reconciliation.

Processing of transactions, which include Customer Receipts / Supplier Payments.

Updating Sales/Purchase Ledgers, ensuring they are reconciled on a regular basis.

Other accounts work, as required, which include the following:
  • Filing
  • Answering phone / sorting queries.
  • Processing the post on a daily basis.
  • Monitoring the central Accounts e-mail inbox, sorting queries promptly.

Salary will be according to experience.

This is a full time , permanent role Monday - Friday, 8.30 - 5.00pm and is a great opportunity to be part of a well-established company, so if you feel you have the relevant experience then please apply with an up to date CV.
