This is an opportunity to join a well-established maintenance company working within the social housing sector on pre-planned and reactive maintenance works. They are currently recruiting for an Accounts and Purchasing Administrator.

They are currently seeking an administrator to carry out office duties like:

- Issuing and checking invoices
- Maintaining accounting records by making copies, filing and attaching documents.
- Checking suppliers and subcontractors paperwork,
- Obtaining prices/technical details for departments in the most cost and time effective manner, monitor the use of materials/equipment
- Ordering materials for stores and departments, chasing, arranging collections and deliveries.
- Arranging and organizing warranties for all materials purchased by the company. Assisting departments with queries related to materials
- Updating internal system with purchased materials
- Answering customer queries via telephone and email
- Providing administration support and carrying out ad hoc project and administration duties

The successful candidate must be:
- Accurate,
- Deadline-oriented,
- Good team player,
- IT literate in MS Office,
- Willing to learn-by listening and being pro-active,
- Reliable,
- Punctual & enthusiastic

*If successful after the interview there will be 3 months probationary period with the possibility of long term contract.
