Client Operations Associate

Location: Leeds

Salary: £19,000 - £25,000

NJR are currently representing a leading, Chartered firm of independent financial advisers, who are now seeking an ambitious and talented Central Operations Associate to join their dynamic and ever growing business.

The successful individual will be joining an firm who are renowned for encouraging ongoing development for all staff and are offering an excellent chance to really progress in your career within the industry

You will be providing centralised support to the Leeds and London offices for a variety of tasks and, in turn, deliver a professional, compliant, effective telephone and administration based service to internal and external clients.

  • Provide an excellent telephone-based service to internal and external clients and third parties.
  • Handle all valuation tasks and queries in a timely, compliant manner, meeting agreed performance standards.
  • Contact and liaise with relevant product providers/third parties to obtain accurate policy information for valuation production.
  • Support the office with review meetings
  • Process all deceased client related activities through to completion.
  • Handle all client disengagement requests in a timely, compliant and efficient manner that will meet the agreed performance standards.
  • Take a lead role in the management of the online platform access for staff
  • Support third party agency related queries
  • Complete project related activities or general tasks as instructed by the Central Operations Manager or Senior colleagues and follow through to completion dealing with any queries that arise from these activities.

Candidates will have proven operational experience gained within an IFA/Financial Services environment. Attention to detail is a pre-requisite for this role, as is the ability to prioritise and to self-manage workloads effectively. We are looking for a high standard of competence and knowledge of CRM systems and client reporting. Candidates ideally should have achieved or be working towards Certificate in Financial Planning (or equivalent).
