Global NetSuite Finance Administrator - NetSuite, Systems, Administrator, NetSuite Administrator, Support, NetSuite OneWorld, System Upgrades, Data Cleansing, Data Import, Configuration, Business, Consultant, Analyst, Finance, Sales, ERP, SAAS, CIMA, ACCA, CPA, PBCS, Cloud Computing, CRM - London - £50,000 - £70,000pa

Our client, a UK based global end user, is seeking a Global NetSuite Finance Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be experienced in NetSuite OneWorld whilst having strong administration skills and will have ideally been involved in a big operation or global deployment.

Key Skills & Experience:
  • Previous NetSuite experience is essential
  • Strong NetSuite support experience of NetSuite OneWorld implementation
  • Experience of managing multiple systems integration with NetSuite
  • Used to working in a global matrix organisation
  • Experience of implementing and administering necessary controls to ensure integrity and accuracy of data
  • Experience of successfully managing system-related projects
  • Good written and spoken language skills in English. Spanish would be advantageous
  • Ability to travel overseas occasionally

  • Become the main point of contact and support for the Group and Regional Finance teams on all matters relating to the management and maintenance of NetSuite
  • Work closely with the regions to co-ordinate, maintain and administer all changes required to the NetSuite and Engage systems
  • Manage the overall NetSuite Chart of Accounts and ensure it works efficiently with the current PBCS setup
  • Provide ad hoc technical support when required
  • Build basic workflows to improve efficiency and control
  • Work with NetSuite Consultants when a specific SOW has been signed off
  • Work closely with the Group Head of Applications and Regional Finance teams to evaluate how the Financial systems can be developed to facilitate an efficient reporting process across the region
  • Work closely with the Regional and school Finance teams to design, develop and set up new reports

Desirable Skills:
  • Database management knowledge
  • Knowledge of PBCS
  • Spanish, written and verbal

  • University degree or equivalent relevant work experience in Accounting and Finance (CIMA / ACCA, CPA or equivalent preferred)
