Service Desk Analyst x 2 required for a 6 month contract to start 2nd September based in Ormskirk.

The ideal candidates will have experience with assisting the IT team and the provision of IT services responding to Help desk requests and staff enquiries. Providing first-line including remote support for home workers and teleworkers.

Day to day responsibilities will include setting up new users (email, user permissions, telephone extension assignment etc) and administering changes to individual and group user permissions, functions and other related tasks in line with IT policy as well as helping build of PCs with Asset Management ahead of the Deployment scheduled for beginning of October.
  • Knowledge of helpdesk operation
  • Knowledge and experience of Active Directory
  • Asset Tagging
  • Have a strong telephone manner
