The Company:

My client is a successful American company looking to break into the UK market. They have a successful mobile application and offer a service to ensure data is secured on mobile devices. As part of their introduction to the UK market, they are looking to build up a team in the Farnborough area.

The role:

The initial team will consist of senior appointments and support staff to ensure the product is released into the UK market successfully. As such I have three openings for 1st line support/ helpdesk analysts to join the company and ensure their product is supported and customers get the most out of the application/ services.

Criteria:
  • The ideal candidate would come from a support background
  • Can communicate effectively with customers over the phone, via email or Instant chat.
  • Experience assessing tickets and escalating them where necessary
  • Candidates should be confident, outgoing and driven to see tasks through to fruition

This role would initially be working on 14:00- 23:00 shift Mon-Fri to accommodate the US market, but as their presence in the UK grows this will change to more sociable hours.

Salary: £25,000- £30,000

Start: ASAP
