Required experience:
1 year - 1st / 2nd line IT Support role - Financial Services Desirable

Technical Skills and Personal characteristics:
Windows system administration (Workstation and Server)
Office 365
SharePoint Support and administration
Contact Centre administration (Alcatel, Nice InContact)
Client hardware management, troubleshooting and diagnosis
Samsung/Android Phones
