IT Access Management Analyst
Swindon, Up To £32k

Would you like to provide access management and permissions services for a Sunday Times 'Top 100 Employers to Work For' 2019 Financial Services solutions provider? We're looking for a skilled Access Management Analyst, ideally with experience in the financial services sector, who is looking for their next career challenge.

Day to day you'll be providing access to the company's systems and services through the creation and management of IT accounts and profiles. You'll be working to agreed SLAs and will need to diagnose, resolve, and log any problems that arise, and then communicate new fixes and workaround to the 1st and 2nd line support teams. As part of your role you'll be communicating with staff across the company so will need great communication and relationship management skills.

You should be used to working in an Agile environment with strong technical knowledge and experience in admin operations.

Essential Skills:
  • Experience working with Active Directory Forests and Domains, SDE (or equivalent tool), and remote control tools.
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • ITIL Foundation
  • Experience supporting basic admin operations such as user/group creation and management, password resets, and account unlocks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess a highly analytic nature and can take ownership for resolving issues successfully
  • Experience working with third-party product providers
  • Familiar with the differences and restrictions of Domain Local/Global/Universal Groups

Desirable Skills:
  • Previous experience working in the financials services sector
