Legal Secretary - Corporate/Commercial - Southampton

One of the largest law firms based on the South Coast currently have a brand new opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join the expanding Corporate/Commercial department. This leading Legal 500 client has celebrated a period of success and growth as one of the leading law firms in the United Kingdom at present.

As a Legal Secretary within the Corporate/Commercial team, you will be responsible for the use of a digital transcription, diary management, speaking to clients over the phone and in person, amending and reformatting large corporate documents, creating bills and new matters as well as general administration support to the department.

If you possess the required skills, experience and believe you will be an asset to the firm, this would be a fantastic opportunity for you to progress your career in an established law firm.

Required Skills & Experience
  • You must have previous experience working within a Law firm
  • Able to provide full secretarial/PA/ administrative support to multiple Fee Earners
  • Ability to prioritise your workload effectively
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

To be considered for this role, our client is requiring a candidate who has experience of providing high quality administration/secretarial support, experience in producing and amending letters and documents, excellent organisations and stakeholder management as well as the ability to deal with highly confidential information.
