The Role
We are building a new Customer Service team supporting one of our long-standing automotive clients. You will see from the salary and benefits that we are serious about attracting the best customer service experts, to help us create an exceptional team from the ground up. We are looking for a Social Media Advisor to support our client with engaging with their customers across social media channels.
Facts at a Glance
• Hours: 37.5 hours (full time) per week across a shift pattern between 8:30am-7pm Monday-Friday and 9am-1pm Saturday, no bank holidays
• Channels: Facebook, Twitter and various industry forums
• Type of Enquiries: Requests for information, helping customers, handling complaints

• Salary Bands: Social Media Advisor role £24k to £28k
