Job title: Operational Support Coordinator
Location: Coventry
Salary: £9ph
Hours: 37.5 hours between 8am-5.30pm
Shift: Monday to Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen for our client which is a well establish event marketing centre. You will support Operations and the Project Management Team in the performance of key administrative activities with a primary focus on coordination of services, internal and external purchasing.

Day to Day duties will include the following:

. Collate labour data from timesheets and submit for payroll processing.
. Internally charge labour costs to the correct cost code.
. Maintain and update the Job Cost spreadsheet.
. Process and issue internal and external invoices
. Process, issue, verify and receipt Purchase Orders using Sage to both internal and external suppliers
. Produce, print, correlate and issue work specifications.
. Book travel and accommodation within the UK and Europe.
. Manage telephone and e-mail requests.
. Order consumables / materials for office operations
. File maintain up to date show records for the Project Management Team.
. Complete and submit new show setup forms for CRM
. Actively engage in continuous improvement ensuring suggestions and opportunities are
. highlighted to your line manager.
. Demonstrate commitment to the core values of the company.
. Take a participative role in the Company's sustainability initiative and ensure where possi-ble your actions support the achievement of this initiative; reuse, recycle and replenish.
. Ensure compliance with all health and safety, corporate, client and legislative standards across the function

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:

. Experience working within a similar role/at a similar level
. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
. Ability to work under your own initiative/with minimal supervision
. Communication (verbal, written and listening skills), with excellent spelling, gram-mar and the ability to produce error-free documents
. Using technology
. Self motivation and management of workload
. Managing time and prioritising
. Planning and organising
. Decision making
. Understanding of company policies and ability to implement them
. Working on your own, using initiative, as well as being an enthusiastic team player
