We are currently exclusively working with a large and established family run business with a rich history in the South and South West of England.
The company runs a large chain of tenanted pubs with many offering accommodation as well.

In order to further recognize the opportunities within the pubs sector and as part of their development plans to drives sales and profitability they are seeking to recruit a Head of Revenue / Revenue Manager.
Someone who can maximize sales and profit performances across the business.

The hands on Revenue Manager will be responsible for maximizing sales and profit performance across the business through the development and implementation of a cutting edge revenue management strategy which will be integral to delivering the Companys objectives.

You would be at the forefront of developing and promoting a culture where great staff morale is paramount.

Purpose of the role
To establish and implement a revenue and pricing strategy across all the pubs which increases company profitability
deliver sales and profit growth by maximising revenue opportunities, outperforming the competitor set and by gaining market share
To assess the current Revenue Management System and to ensure the company have in place the best in class system
To forecast both pricing and revenues, based on consumer demand and market trends, conduct competitor analysis and to generate additional revenue through promotional campaigns

Key responsibilities
Maximise revenue and profit growth for the business
To develop and implement a Revenue Management strategy that drives product sales and increases profitability
To review pricing strategies and to implement a leading pricing strategy for all market sectors and individual outlets that increases sales performance
To increase revenue through identifying strategic opportunities and marketing initiatives that increase market share
To conduct weekly forecast reviews across each individual venue
To make recommendations for future opportunities, regarding product, pricing, channel performance, customer service excellence
To monitor competitor pricing, performance and awareness
To conduct annual business reviews and future business plans with venue General Managers

Experienced and successful Revenue Manager from within the leisure sector, ideally from a similar type company
Demonstrate both hands on and strategic experience in revenue management
Experience of developing and implementing pricing strategies, competitor reviews and sales/marketing plans
Ideally experience of working within a company with multiple locations
Be innovative and able to display strong analytical skills
