We are looking for experienced telesales executives with a proven history in lead generation, cold calling and time management.

This is a temp to perm opportunity working with the UK's biggest re-seller of Siemens PLM Software. This could be the perfect time to kick start your technical sales career within a reputable, well established company

The Telesales Executives role:

* Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

* 80/100 Cold calls per day.

* Understand customer needs and requirements.

* Provide effective information to prospects.

* Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

* Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.

* Research accounts identify key players and generate interest.

* Maintain and expand your database of prospects within our territories

* Work with territory managers to build pipeline and close deals

* Database cleansing for GDPR

The successful Telesales Executives applicant:

* Proven inside sales or calling experience

* Track record of over-achieving quota

* Strong phone presence and experience dialling high number of calls per day

* Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

* Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM

* Excellent verbal and written communications skills

* Strong listening and presentation skills

* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

KPI/Targets measured on events attendants and where more information is required to speak to territory Account Managers.

* P1 - Existing customers

* P2 - New business

Calls - 80+ per day

Calls are mostly to Engineering and Manufacturing companies

Leads are generated from;

* Existing customers on Salesforce (SF)

* New Business

* Events (call customers to ensure they register for up and coming events)

They will be working on 3 territories i.e. North, Midlands and South
