Adviser Support Officer- Belfast- Permanent

Adecco are supporting one of our clients in the financial services industry in finding an Adviser Support officer based in their Castlereagh, Belfast offices.

Please note the successful applicant must have IFA experience

You will provide administrative support to a team of financial planners. Specific responsibilities will include the preparation of documentation and maintenance of client records relating to both new business and the servicing of existing clients.

As this is a busy and demanding environment, applicants must have the ability to manage and prioritise their own workload and meet tight deadlines. The role will involve liaising with a range of people on a frequent basis in a professional manner thus applicants should also possess good interpersonal and organisational skills and an understanding of client care.

Applicants must have excellent administrative skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Excellent written and spoken communication skills are also essential.

Some of the daily activities will include:
General Administrative Duties
Processing Letters of Authority and adhering to company timescales
Processing mortgage, protection and investment business
Liaise with lenders and providers, and client, through until case completion
Submitting cases on back office system (Intelligent Office)
Recording business on New Business Tracker
