We are recruiting a permanent member of staff who must be experienced in managing QHSE systems. This person will be in charge of the Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality management system for Gray & Adams Dunfermline Ltd.

Main responsibilities

Manage, maintain and improve current integrated Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management System ISO9001, ISO 14001 and ISO45001 and drive continual improvement throughout the business.

Work in conjunction with management to implement new or existing QHSE rules and regulations.

Liaise with external auditors for QHSE and monitor the completion of corrective and preventative actions.

Coordinate internal audits in line with an agreed schedule.

Full responsibility for document control relating to QHSE.

Arrange contractor and new employee inductions.

Responsible for ALL risk assessments, method statements and training.

Personal Requirements

Experience in Manufacturing or Engineering would be advantageous.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Internal auditing experience.

NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (NEBOSH Certificate may be considered).

Microsoft Office experience.

Terms of employment

Salary Circa £35,000 to £40,000.

Excellent holiday package (33 days).
