A leading company are looking to hire an Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger Assistant to become an essential member of their finance team. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately input all supplier invoices.
  • Coding of invoices to multiple cost centres.
  • Match purchase orders to the correct invoices.
  • Generate purchase order numbers.
  • Ensure supplier invoices are approved for payment.
  • Run supplier payment runs on a weekly basis.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and chase up missing invoices.
  • Processing expenses.
  • Answer internal and external queries.
  • General ad hoc duties.

Experience and Skills
  • Must have Accounts Payable and expenses experience
  • Must have bank reconciliation experience
  • Good spreadsheet skills
  • Good communicator, team player
