ARE YOU EXPERIENCED ADMINISTRATOR FOR AN INSURANCE BROKER?

Ellis Mason have the pleasure of recruiting an experienced Insurance Administrator to work for a small, friendly business based in Letchworth.

Ideally you will be experienced with the General Insurance market.

THE SALARY & BENEFITS

  • Permanent, both part time and full time considered (full time preferred).
  • £21,000 - £24,000 (pro rata for part time)
  • 20 days holiday (this increases over time) + 8 bank holidays.
  • Contributory Pension.
  • Free on-site parking.
  • Monday to Friday 08.30am to 5.30pm for full time - part time to be discussed.


THE JOB

The main duties included within the role of Insurance Administrator , are:
  • Assisting the Account Executives by taking away all administration based tasks from their workload.
  • Highlighting any risks or missing information to the Account Executives.
  • Responding to incoming call or e-mail enquiries.
  • Sending out all relevant paperwork to clients.
  • Monitoring each open Insurance job until all aspects of administration are complete and can be signed off.
  • Updating the internal CRM system with lots of client data.
  • Administering the process effectively.
  • Monitoring date for end of policies, informing the Account Executives and giving them time to contact clients to discuss renewals.
