A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an 1st Line Support Administrator to join a well-established company, as an 1st Line Support Administrator your main responsibilities will be:
  • Providing 1st Line support to all group business during working hours
  • Providing onsite support to issues on site when required
  • Ensure all computer equipment is prepared and configured to group standards
  • When appropriate you will be required to raise support calls with third party support companies
  • General maintenance of use access for new and departing staff
  • General administration duties of the group's computer systems
  • You will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of all computer equipment on site
  • Reporting to the Group IT Manager you will be completing set tasks to a high standard ensuring all group IT policies are met and enforced at all times.

As a 1st Line Support Administrator:
  • You will have previous experience in an IT Support role
  • You will have great customer service skills, both written and verbal
  • You will be friendly but professional in your approach and work well within a team
  • You will have a flexible approach to work as this position is sometimes required to work away from home, either within a team or individually to complete projects
  • You will be well presented and comply with all groups uniform policy's
  • You will be Organised and be able to manage time and work well under pressure
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Working Hours:
  • Monday - Friday 8AM-6PM + Saturday Mornings on rota

1st Line Support Administrator Package is offering up to £18,000 per anum
