ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED INSURANCE ADVISOR WITHIN THE GENERAL INSURANCE ARENA?

Ellis Mason have the pleasure of recruiting an experienced Insurance Account Executive to work for a small, friendly business based in Letchworth.

The role would suit someone who has experience of working in the General Insurance market that would like to work for a small, independently run business.

In order to be considered for the Insurance Account Executive role, you will need to be confident in acquiring new Insurance clients as well as looking after existing business.

Working in a small team of 4 or 5.

THE SALARY & BENEFITS

  • Permanent, full time opportunity.
  • Salary dependant on current level of experience but open to discussion.
  • 20 days holiday (this increases over time) + 8 bank holidays.
  • Contributory Pension.
  • Free on-site parking.
  • Monday to Friday 08.30am to 5.30pm.


THE JOB

The main duties included within the role of Insurance Account Executive , are:
  • Confidently discussing with clients, insurance policies and premiums.
  • Highlighting important aspects of any cover to clients to ensure transparency.
  • Advising clients on the right policies for them.
  • Taking incoming calls from people wishing to find out more about our services and giving them a good enough service that they take out insurance through you.
  • Servicing and managing existing client relationships.
  • Researching and providing solutions to your clients insurance needs.
  • Administering the process effectively.
  • Questioning effectively to ascertain all required information from clients.
  • Recording accurately all data and information taken.
  • Follow all legislation guidelines at all times.
  • Maintaining credit control by speaking with your clients to ensure payment is made.
  • Negotiating with and on behalf of clients.
  • Monitoring date for end of policies, allowing yourself time to contact customers to discuss renewals.
